As AI, Data, and Robotics become increasingly interconnected, the success of ADR deployment depends not only on the performance of individual technologies but also on how organizations, platforms, infrastructure, and operational processes work together. Yet governance approaches often remain focused on individual systems, leaving critical gaps at the boundaries between actors, technologies, and workflows.

This interactive workshop invites participants to explore these challenges through realistic ADR case studies from sectors such as mobility, healthcare, manufacturing and digital services. Working in multidisciplinary groups, participants will identify governance gaps, examine how responsibilities become fragmented across ecosystem boundaries, and collaboratively redesign governance using the **Ecosystem Governance Design Canvas**.

Rather than treating governance primarily as compliance or post-incident monitoring, the workshop explores how governance can be embedded into system architecture, operational workflows, contractual arrangements, testing strategies, and continuous monitoring from the design stage onward.

Participants will leave with the Ecosystem Governance Design Canvas and practical design principles that can be adapted to their own ADR initiatives.
