Krzysztof Lipiec

Krzysztof Lipiec is Director of Commercialisation and Development at Łukasiewicz – PIAP, a Polish research and technology organisation specialising in robotics and automation. He works at the intersection of research, industry and innovation policy, focusing on the commercialisation and deployment of advanced technologies.

Within ADRA, he leads the Defence Topic Group, which brings together the civilian AI, data and robotics community around dual-use innovation and Europe’s security and technological sovereignty. He is also a mentor in the NATO DIANA innovation ecosystem and has extensive experience in European and national R&D programmes, technology transfer and building research-industry partnerships.

His current work focuses particularly on creating pathways from research results to market and operational deployment, including licensing, industrial partnerships and the development of dual-use technologies.
