Jung hoon (John) Lee

Jung hoon (John) Lee is currently a professor of Technology & Innovation Management at the Graduate School of Information, Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea. Prof. Lee currently serves as a member of the Presidential Committee on National AI Strategy of the Republic of Korea. He leads the AI and Smart City task force on the standing special committee for regional development in Korea. He is currently a program director for Hyper-connected Intelligence City R&D (2026-2030) sponsored by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. 

Prof. Lee also served as an Honorary Mayor of Seoul and as the firstchairperson of the Smart City Committee for the Seoul Metropolitan Government. He is also the director of the Digital Transformation of Technology Management Research Center and the Information Systems Intelligence Lab.
