Géraud Guilloud

Géraud Guilloud is the EU manager Strategy and Policy at TNO, the Dutch applied research and technology organization. Géraud shape the European strategic initiatives and coordinate EU projects and collaborations for the TNO Vector centre, the Centre for Societal Innovation and Strategy. He works at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital innovation, and European policy, helping shape large-scale collaborations that accelerate the development and adoption of trustworthy AI and data-driven technologies across Europe. Geraud has a track record of 20 years in EU research and innovation policies and EU digital policies. Noteworthy, he was the delegate for the Cluster 4 Programme Committee for Luxembourg and joined  the national delegations in several digital policy files such as the AI Act, the DMA, DSA, data act...  Today, Géraud work focuses on AI ecosystems, AI in Science, digital sovereignty, innovation policy, and the societal impact of emerging technologies. In ADRA, he leads the Topic Group and Ecosystem Mapping and Information Repository.
