Building high-performance sales teams and leading companies as Country Manager, and now as Managing Director at Nscale—a European neocloud focused on AI, European Sovereign Cloud, and sustainability—has reinforced my belief in an inspiring mission, focus, hard work, and a diverse team as keys to success. I've collaborated with major Spanish companies on transformation through disruptive technologies and AI.

I am passionate about innovation, technology, strategy, overcoming challenges, and inspiring growth. As a firm advocate for talent, I actively support women in technology and leadership through initiatives, including my 8-year membership in EJE&CON. In 2024-2025, I participated in PwC's Women to Watch (W2W) Program and was an early recipient of EJE&CON's Women to Top scholarship.
