Dr. Simona Neri

Dr. Simona Neri is Innovation Manager at Eurecat and Coordinator of the European project GRAIL, a flagship initiative advancing foundation models and embodied AI for robotics in Europe. She has extensive experience in European research and innovation programmes, technology transfer, and ecosystem building across AI, Data and Robotics. Her work focuses on bridging research excellence and industrial adoption, fostering collaboration between research organisations, industry, startups and public stakeholders. Through her involvement in major European initiatives, she actively contributes to strengthening Europe’s competitiveness, technological sovereignty and leadership in trustworthy AI and robotics.
