I’ve spent more than 15 years working across European programmes, bringing strategy, technology and industry together to turn ambitious ideas into initiatives that deliver real impact. My work sits at the intersection of digital twins, AI, robotics and advanced manufacturing.

I enjoy working in complex environments, where success depends on bringing different perspectives, teams and interests around a shared goal. A big part of my work is building strong partnerships across industry, research and European institutions, shaping new initiatives, mobilising resources and helping innovation move from strategy into real-world application.

What motivates me most is helping people grow and creating teams that can achieve more together. I believe in leadership that combines vision and ambition with trust, collaboration and a strong focus on delivery.
