Delia Mitcan

Delia Mitcan is the EU Representative in Brussels for Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). With a Master's degree in Public Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam (the Netherlands) and over 20 years of experience in European affairs, public management, and innovation, she connects university priorities with European policy and funding opportunities. Her expertise spans smart cities, urban mobility, semiconductors, energy transition, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Delia collaborates with policymakers, researchers, and industry partners across Europe to advance innovation and address key societal challenges.
