As Head of Robotics at Template Systems, she leads the engineering and development of category-defining automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) and fulfillment solutions. 

Prior to her current role, she founded Coalescent Mobile Robotics, designing human-centric autonomous mobile robot fleets to streamline retail, healthcare, and industrial supply chains. With a deep focus on integrating AI, data intelligence, and advanced hardware on the front lines of logistics, Clionadh Martin is an industry leader shaping how modern robotics and data transform factory floors, warehouses, and physical operations worldwide.
