Bruno Arias

Bruno Arias is the Director of the Michelin plant in Aranda de Duero, Spain, a position he has held since December 2025. Aranda is one of the Michelin Group's major industrial sites in Europe, specialised in truck tyre manufacturing. 

Prior to his current role, Bruno served as a Director of the Michelin plant in Valladolid from 2019 to 2025, leading an industrial site with more than 2,000 employees. His 25-year career within the Michelin Group spans multiple industrial sites across Spain and a wide range of responsibilities, including Head of the Metallic Reinforcements Activity at the Vitoria plant (2010-2016, 600 employees), Head of the Agricultural Tyre Activity at the Valladolid plant (2016-2018), and various production and project management roles at the Lasarte plant (2000-2009). He also contributed to international industrial diagnostics and improvement initiatives across the Group's global manufacturing network. 

Bruno holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. At the ADRForum 2026, he brings the perspective of the industrial end user - the plant manager translating technological advances in AI and robotics into safe, reliable and scalable production reality on the factory floor.
