The world in a transition phase with growing geopolitical conflicts and crises. The globalization is being revisited and the supply chains are at risks of disruption. Europe has to rapidly to intensify its efforts for strengthening its sovereignty, resilience and strategic autonomy along the critical value chains. In this context it is crucial to reinforce Europe’s position in digital technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Data science and Robotics (ADR) to support Europe resilience and security in this transition phase and to accelerate the digital and green transitions of industries and the economy.
