Short description: This session explores how data and AI drive innovation, focusing on synthetic data, compliance solutions, and knowledge engineering and with focus on Robotics applications
Date: 05.11.2024 | 13.15 - 14.45
Location: Neptune room

Description:

This session explores the collaborative potential of data and AI to drive groundbreaking innovation in various sectors especially those with increasing presence of robots and autonomous systems. First the session will examine the role of Synthetic Data in enhancing AI models, providing robust and diverse datasets while ensuring privacy and security, understanding also the risks e.g for AI models to collapse, the lack of data governance (liability, provenance, etc …).

Second the session will also discuss innovative AI-driven solutions that streamline compliance processes, reducing the regulatory burden on businesses and enabling more agile operations. Finally, the session will touch on AI in Knowledge Engineering showcasing how intelligent systems can manage and utilize complex data to generate valuable insights.

Connected to these discussions we will explore the role of the Common European Data Spaces empowering the symbiotic relationship between data and AI, accelerating innovation and fostering a collaborative ecosystem.

The session will combine expert talks (Synthetic data, data and AI-driven compliance, AI for knowledge engineering, data spaces) and input from ongoing projects under the scope of the ADR partnership to through different examples to tap on the main opportunities for the close future
