Sagar Sen

I’m a researcher at the intersection of software engineering and AI, driven by the belief that tech should do more than scale—it should matter. I co-lead the Green-AI pillar in the EU project ENFIELD, where we’re rethinking how to make AI more sustainable, from models to infrastructure. My recent work spans application domains in manufacturing, health, and energy with a focus on real-world impact and open-source tools. I’ve also co-founded a startup developing wearable breathing sensors. Outside the lab, I row, sing in a choir, and practice yoga—because grounding innovation starts with grounding yourself.
