Marianne Wilhelmsen

Marianne Wilhelmsen is a Norwegian politician from the Labour Party. She was appointed State Secretary to the Minister of Digitalisation and Public Administration, Karianne Oldernes Tung, in February 2025. Wilhelmsen holds a master’s degree in strategy and competence management and previously worked as Communications Director at the technology company Ardoq. Before that, she worked at the health technology company Dignio. She has also been involved in the follow-up work of the Labour Youth League (AUF) and the Labour Party after the 22 July attacks. Earlier, she served as Secretary General of the Labour Youth League (AUF) from 2012 to 2014. Marianne also has extensive board experience from various organisations.
