Short description: Join the workshop to initiate collaborations and learn opportunities for GenAI in combination with robotics, data and other AI technologies in inspection and maintenance and other sectors.
Date: 05.11.2024 | 15.00 - 16.30
Location: Mercury room

Description:

Generative AI (GenAI), in combination with robotics, data and other AI technologies, is making its way into several sectors. But how exactly? And how can we achieve cross-domain synergies and that the inspection and maintenance (I&M) sector benefit from this development? To address these topics and facilitate an action-oriented forward-looking workshop we define the following objectives:

  1. Produce an action-oriented summary of use cases, opportunities and challenges of research and innovation with GenAI combined with data, robotics and other AI technologies for I&M.
  2. Provide a venue for sharing knowledge and initiating collaboration between stakeholders across sectors and value-chains (researchers, technology and service providers, policy makers and end users).

We will address several market segments such as wind power, oil and gas, manufacturing and maritime. Moreover, we will make links to the ADRA policy paper on GenAI robotics. The workshop program is organized by the ADRA I&M topic group, and provides a venue to attract new members and link new and existing members. We will distribute a summary of the workshop, together with the available presentations, via the ADRA I&M topic group, LinkedIn, as well as other relevant venues (e.g., via the RIMA Alliance).
