Description:

In the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence (AI), both the complexity of AI systems and the value they expect to realise is increasing exponentially.

This presentation will explore the necessity of new paradigms to manage this complexity.

AI is an indispensable technology in creating value, in creating a sustainable future from an economic, social and environmental perspective.

Value creation by adoption of AI at scale requires affordable access to trustworthy and resource-efficient AI.

To achieve this and to achieve resilience over the complete value chain, we need co-optimization across the entire technology stack, from AI applications to compute hardware.

New paradigms are needed of co-optimization of learning, reasoning and compute hardware.
